Quality Assurance Process
Consistency between the sample you approve and the bulk order you receive is something we treat as a process, not a promise.
Batch Testing Before Release
Every production batch is tested in-house against specification (viscosity, K-value, pH, moisture, and other relevant parameters) before it's approved for shipment.
Retained Samples for Traceability
We retain a physical sample from every batch we ship. If a question ever comes up about a shipment, we can compare it directly against the retained sample from that same batch — not just paperwork.
Sample-to-Bulk Consistency
The trial sample you evaluate and approve is drawn from the same production standard as your bulk order. We don't send a "best case" sample and ship something different at scale.
Third-Party Inspection Available
For buyers who require independent verification, we can arrange third-party pre-shipment inspection at your request — using any inspection agency mutually agreed between us (such as SGS, Intertek, Bureau Veritas, or your preferred provider).
Full Documentation With Every Shipment
Certificate of Analysis (CoA), Technical Data Sheet (TDS), and MSDS accompany every shipment, giving you the paperwork to support your own incoming QC and regulatory filings.
